Overview Development Victoria is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified, locally based landscape architecture firm to develop a precinct-wide landscape masterplan and prepare landscape documentation in support of planning and permit applications for the East Werribee Precinct. Scope The scope includes: Development of a precinct-wide landscape masterplan for the East Werribee Precinct Preparation of landscape documentation in support of planning and permit applications for the East Werribee Precinct Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified, locally based landscape architecture firm Preregistration on a relevant category of the Construction Supplier Register Contract Terms and Conditions The successful bidder will be engaged to deliver construction services under Development Victoria's Major Services Consultancy Agreement Instructions to Tenderers The procurement will be conducted via a single stage Selective Tender from suitably qualified consultants that are preregistered on a relevant category of the Construction Supplier Register. The tender will aim to be released in September. Tender documents will be released directly to selected tenderers via email. The procurement will be subject to Social Procurement Framework outcomes and Local Jobs First Policy requirements.
