Overview Bayside City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Principal Contractors for heritage building and services works at Billilla House and Gardens, a Victorian Heritage Register listed property (VHR H1155) built in 1878. Scope The works consist of two parts: Part A, Civil and Services Works Electrical services upgrade including exterior power for garden events New fire services to comply with FRV requirements Replacement of existing stormwater infrastructure Replacement of existing sewer infrastructure Underground service installation via trenching and hydro excavation Part B, Roof and Tower Works Full replacement of roof including all plumbing and connections to new stormwater Replacement of slate and metal roofing and plumbing goods Repair works to tower windows Full waterproofing to protect the heritage asset Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified Principal Contractors with heritage building and services works experience
