About this tender
Overview Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation (MAP Co) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Electrical Maintenance Services. Scope Provision of Electrical Maintenance Services for Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation Instructions to Tenderers This RFT is being issued concurrently with a separate Request for Tender for Fire Maintenance Services. While submissions will be evaluated independently, MAP Co encourages respondents with the capability to deliver both services to consider submitting proposals for both contracts. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site briefing (first round shortlisting) will be held for shortlisted suppliers. Date: 18 September 2026 Time: 02:00 pm Location: Corner Swanston and Flinders St, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3000 Registration closes: 16 September 2026 11:50 pm This is a mandatory site briefing and tour at the Fed Square site for shortlisted suppliers, who will be contacted if attendance is required. A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid, and attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
