About this tender
Overview Sunraysia Institute of TAFE (SuniTAFE) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the supply and installation of a Main Switchboard (MSB) at its Mildura Campus, located approximately 540 km north-west of Melbourne. Purpose The existing Main Switchboard is nearing end of life and presents operational, maintenance and safety risks. The new MSB will be designed to current Australian Standards to provide a compliant, reliable and flexible electrical distribution system supporting existing loads and future campus requirements. Scope The scope includes: Design of the replacement Main Switchboard (MSB) Replacement and installation of the MSB at the Mildura Campus Testing and commissioning of the new MSB Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the supply and installation of main switchboards Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Date: 25 August 2026 Time: 11:00 am Location: 453 Benetook Avenue, Mildura, Victoria, Australia, 3500 Registration closes: 24 August 2026, 01:00 pm A site visit and attendance at the briefing are both prerequisites to submission and consideration of a bid. Tenderers who attended and registered at either of the mandatory site visits conducted on 7 July 2026 at 11:00 am or 14 July 2026 at 11:00 am will be deemed to have satisfied the mandatory site visit requirement and are not required to attend a further site visit, as attendance records from these sessions have been retained by SuniTAFE. Tenderers who did not attend either of these site visits must attend the scheduled mandatory site visit in order for their tender to be considered.
