About this tender
The City of Greater Bendigo (The City) is undertaking a two-stage review of the environmental planning controls, the Environmental Controls Review (ECR), to implement recommendations from the 2022 Greater Bendigo Planning Scheme Review. Stage 1 will review existing planning controls, native vegetation protection strategies, the urban–forest interface, and the protection of biolinks, and will make recommendations. Stage 2 will be undertaken internally and will incorporate the Stage 1 recommendations into the Greater Bendigo Planning Scheme (GBPS).
