Overview Bass Coast Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced operators to enter leases to provide Early Years Management Services at White Rd Kindergarten and Inverloch and District Pre-School. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Early Years Management Services under lease at any or all of the following locations: 2 Edgar Street, Inverloch and 136 White Road, Wonthaggi North Instructions to Tenderers Following the Expression of Interest process, it is anticipated that a shortlist of those that have registered with an EOI Submission will be invited to an interview process. Following interviews, shortlisted Registrants may be invited to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO). This will be an opportunity for Registrants to review their offer of rental return, leasing term, and items listed in their capital works program including expenditure and timing of works.
