Overview City of Wodonga is inviting expressions of interest for the lease of Shop 6/48-54 Lincoln Causeway, an office/retail space located at Gateway Village. About Gateway Village is a distinctive riverside precinct nestled between Wodonga and Albury, bordered by the Murray River and its surrounding waterways. The village has a strong focus on arts and culture and includes many heritage-style buildings within landscaped surrounds. An established and award-winning list of arts, cultural, theatre and food-based tenants create visitation opportunities throughout the day and into the night, and a weekly farmers' market is held at the village. Albury-Wodonga has a combined population of almost 100,000 and a regional population of more than 180,000 people. The village forms a major entry and exit point between the Victorian and New South Wales border, and to major touring routes along the Murray. There are bus, caravan and car parking facilities at the village, with significant opportunity to capture coach tours and traffic passing along this route.
