About this tender

Overview The City of Greater Bendigo invites tenders and submissions from suitably accredited and qualified Service Providers to provide, under a Schedule of Rates arrangement, annual inspection servicing, reporting and advisory services to enable the City to be essential safety measures (ESM) compliant for Public Buildings and other nominated occupancies that are the responsibility of the City. Scope The scope includes: Annual inspection servicing for essential safety measures at Public Buildings and other nominated occupancies Reporting services related to essential safety measures compliance Advisory services to support the City's essential safety measures compliance Contract Terms and Conditions Services are to be provided under a Schedule of Rates arrangement Contract period of 3 years Optional extension period of 1 x 2 years Tender Briefing Date: Monday 07 September 2026 Time: 10:00am In Person Location: Galkangu, Bendigo Gov Hub, 195 - 229 Lyttleton Tce, Bendigo Format: Online via Microsoft Teams Tenderers must register to attend the Tender Briefing.
