Overview Mansfield Shire Council is inviting expressions of interest from community groups, not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises, educational institutions and suitably qualified operators to propose the activation, management and use of a designated section of Council-owned land within the Mansfield Botanic Park precinct. Purpose The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to invite proposals for the activation, management and use of Council-owned land located at Lot 1 TP6485 & Lot 2 TP6485, 71 Mansfield-Whitfield Road, Mansfield. Council seeks proposals that deliver community benefit and contribute positively to social, cultural, environmental, educational, recreational and wellbeing outcomes for the Mansfield community. Scope The scope includes: Activation, management and use of the designated section of land within the Mansfield Botanic Park precinct Delivery of outcomes contributing to social, cultural, environmental, educational, recreational and wellbeing benefits for the Mansfield community Eligibility Community groups Not-for-profit organisations Social enterprises Educational institutions Suitably qualified operators
