Overview Northern Grampians Shire Council is managing recovery from the August 2026 flood event and requires specialist support to assist with its Flood Recovery and REPA Program. Scope The scope includes: Completion of damage assessment and evidence Development of REPA scopes and submissions Assistance with funding assessment and approved works planning Provision of authorised delivery, acquittal and audit support Council retains governance, expenditure approval and decision-making authority throughout the program.
