Footpath Program - Merbein - Reilly Street, River Avenue and Commercial Street

Overview Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified contractors to undertake civil construction works associated with the Footpath Program, Merbein, Reilly Street, River Avenue and Commercial Street project. Scope The scope includes: Demolition and site preparation works Construction of reinforced concrete footpaths Construction of new pram ramps complete with Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI) Localised earthworks Adjustment of existing infrastructure Landscaping and reinstatement works Post-project site clean-up in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications Site Inspection A site inspection with Council is available on request via the online forum in VendorPanel. Inspections are recommended, however not mandatory. Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can only be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel system. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required, please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time, as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the request for tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered. Council encourages innovative and creative responses to its specifications, however such responses should always form part of a conforming tender.
