Overview Kingston City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver demolition services of the Former Mordialloc Guide Hall (also known as Witchell Hall). Scope Demolition of the Former Mordialloc Guide Hall (AKA Witchell Hall) Site Inspection Attendance at the nominated mandatory site inspections is a condition of tendering. Only tenderers who attend will be eligible to submit a tender. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged before the nominated closing date and time, with late submissions not accepted.
