About this tender

Overview Queenscliffe City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest for the future use and activation of one or more P1 huts at the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse Reserve, under a proposed licence or lease arrangement. Purpose Council is seeking proposals for community or other compatible low impact uses that respect the site's heritage, coastal and environmental values, deliver measurable public or community benefit, and do not create an ongoing financial or resourcing burden for the Borough of Queenscliffe. Contract Terms and Conditions Proposed licence or lease arrangement generally for a term of 5 to 10 years, subject to Council approval, performance and compliance requirements Contractor Requirements Proponents will be responsible for all costs associated with fit-out, approvals, utilities, operations, maintenance, insurance, and compliance
