This contract is for construction only. The scope of works shall include but is not limited to: Inclusions • Mobilisation, including the provision of temporary site accommodation, storage, temporary signage, traffic management, and all head office functions prior to commencing work. • Undertaking the role of Principal Contractor including coordination and supervision of the City’s nominated sub-contractors and induction of them into your site. • Set out of the works. • Protection of retained trees and vegetation, existing infrastructure, utilities, and existing structures which are to remain. • Any detailed earthworks to achieve required subgrade levels, and installation of drainage infrastructure (noting that no material is to be removed from site) • Installation of electrical and water services from the Amenities Block to Picnic Shelter • Supply and place hard landscape surfaces. • Supply and installation of all natural and bespoke play elements. • Construction of garden beds and lawn areas including installation of irrigation and planting of shrubs and turf. • Construct a variety of edging as shown in the drawings. • Collection and installation of BBQ, furniture, logs and any other items from the City’s Works Depot. The City’s forklift or front-end loader including operator is available to load items onto your trucks. • Reinstatement of any roads, paths, fencing, or other works to provide as near as possible to a seamless function and appearance. • Reinstatement of any disturbed grassed areas with topsoil and turf • As-built drawings for all works, • Cleaning up and demobilisation. Exclusions • Bulk earthworks including removal of any contaminated material off site • Supply and installation of Amenities Block (including services, concrete slab and furniture) • Supply and installation of Picnic Shelter • Supply and installation of new play equipment • Supply and installation of Rubber Surfacing • Temporary fencing hire but includes moving the City’s temporary fencing as required to enable site works. • Playground Auditor
