Overview Cardinia Shire Council is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the renewal of two existing netball courts and associated civil and ancillary infrastructure at Heatherbrae Reserve, Officer, in accordance with Netball Victoria National Facilities Policy and Council's technical specifications. Scope The scope includes: Surface demolition Site preparation Earthworks Installation of new court pavement and acrylic surfacing system Footpaths LED sports lighting and associated civil works Provision of new fencing Provision of shelters Provision of a community use warm-up area Contract Terms and Conditions Construction commencement is anticipated for late September to October 2026 Practical completion is expected by March 2027
