Overview BGIS Pty Ltd, as part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors to provide cleaning and waste management services across the South Division, covering Inner Metro South, Dandenong, Frankston and Cheltenham, Morwell, and Sale and Bairnsdale. Scope The scope includes cleaning and waste management services in internal and external common areas of multi-dwelling buildings and estates: Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning lifts Cleaning marks from walls Emptying of rubbish and recycling bins in multi-dwelling buildings and estates not covered by municipal waste collection Contractor Requirements Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability: Dandenong, 5,096 properties Frankston and Cheltenham, 5,796 properties Inner Metro South, 4,091 properties Morwell, 2,978 properties Sale and Bairnsdale, 1,331 properties
