Overview BGIS Pty Ltd, as part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors to deliver fencing works across the South Division, covering Inner Metro South, Dandenong, Frankston & Cheltenham, Morwell, and Sale & Bairnsdale. Scope The scope includes: Supply, repair and replacement of fencing, including timber, metal, chainwire, weldmesh and modular fencing Supply, repair and replacement of gates and posts Associated fencing works Contractor Requirements Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability: Dandenong, 5,096 properties Frankston & Cheltenham, 5,796 properties Inner Metro South, 4,091 properties Morwell, 2,978 properties Sale & Bairnsdale, 1,331 properties
