Overview As part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, BGIS Pty Ltd is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors across the South Division (Inner Metro South, Dandenong, Frankston & Cheltenham, Morwell, Sale & Bairnsdale) to undertake building repairs and property maintenance. Scope The scope includes general building and property maintenance work related to: Carpentry Doors and windows Flooring Walls and ceilings Tiling Glazing Cupboards External works Locksmith Fencing Other associated building repairs Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability: Dandenong, 5,096 properties Frankston & Cheltenham, 5,796 properties Inner Metro South, 4,091 properties Morwell, 2,978 properties Sale & Bairnsdale, 1,331 properties Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified to deliver building and property maintenance services Coverage and capability aligned to the contract area(s) being priced
