Scope The scope includes: Provision of plumbing and gas services, including blockages, sanitary fixtures, taps, water services, hot water, gas appliances, drainage, stormwater, sewer works and roof plumbing Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability: Dandenong, 5,096 properties Frankston & Cheltenham, 5,796 properties Inner Metro South, 4,091 properties Morwell, 2,978 properties Sale & Bairnsdale, 1,331 properties
