Overview As part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, BGIS Pty Ltd is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors to undertake electrical repairs across the South Division, covering Inner Metro South, Dandenong, Frankston & Cheltenham, Morwell, and Sale & Bairnsdale. Scope The scope includes: Electrical repairs and maintenance, including wiring Lighting repairs and maintenance, including emergency and exit lighting Smoke alarm repairs and maintenance Repairs and maintenance of fans, rangehoods and stoves Heating repairs and maintenance Hot water system repairs and maintenance TV and telecommunications repairs and maintenance Contractor Requirements Vendors must be suitably qualified subcontractors Vendors may price one or more of the contract areas based on their coverage and capability
