Overview HealthShare Victoria (HSV) invites responses for the provision of Monitoring Products under contract HPVITS2027-021, to participating health services. Scope Provision of Monitoring Products to participating health services Tender Briefing An Industry Briefing will be held for the upcoming HPVITS2027-021 Monitoring Products request for tender. The Briefing will provide general information including an overview, draft specifications, and detailed information on how to complete the response via the HSV Procurement Portal (also known as JAGGAER). Those responsible for completing the submission are advised to attend this Briefing so they are well informed. Date: 24 September 2026 (Thursday) Time: 10:00am to 11:00am Format: Virtual briefing Location: Online meeting hosted via Microsoft Teams Registration: Register your interest (max. 3 attendees) Instructions to Tenderers The tender is anticipated to be released to the market around October 2026. When available, documentation will be accessible from the HSV Procurement Portal. Suppliers are required to register on the HSV website before being able to access documentation. All respondents must register on the HSV website before gaining access to the HSV Procurement Portal. All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer). The closing date for last enquiries in relation to this invitation is November 2026, 14:00 AEDT. HSV reserves the right not to provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries. Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer), accessed via the HSV homepage. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted. Late tender submissions will not be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in the Tender Conditions. Any reference to a Tender box submission should be disregarded; all offers must be received through the HSV Procurement Portal as stated above.
