About this tender
Overview The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) invites tenderers to submit a fixed lump sum price tender for the provision of Plumbing Services, in accordance with the Tender Documents contained within this Invitation for Tender. Scope The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust is seeking to establish a contract with a suitably skilled and experienced contractor for the provision of Plumbing Services at any of the 21 cemeteries managed by GMCT, spread broadly across the western, eastern and northern regions of Melbourne. The scope includes: Water supply and associated infrastructure Gas supply and associated infrastructure Drainage and associated infrastructure Sewerage and associated infrastructure Irrigation and associated infrastructure Water storage systems (including tanks and dams) and associated infrastructure Water features and associated infrastructure Guttering and all roof plumbing activities General plumbing and gas fitting in buildings The successful contractor will be responsible for plumbing services relating to the above, including but not limited to: Reactive maintenance Scheduled maintenance New works Contractor Requirements Suitably skilled and experienced in plumbing services Enquiries Luke Krawczyk (Enquiries): lkrawczyk@gmct.com.au
