Overview Towong Shire Council is seeking a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to deliver renovation and refurbishment works to the layout and design of one classroom block at the former Corryong Junior Campus School site. The changes will enable the classroom block to be established as an Integrated Services Hub for the delivery of a range of specific services to support the community. Scope The scope includes: Renovation and refurbishment works to a classroom block at the former Corryong Junior Campus School site Installation of internal walls to create consult rooms Installation of lintels and doors Installation of external access ramps Installation of a compliant internal accessible toilet space External building refurbishments Electrical and plumbing fixtures as required Coordination and management of all aspects of the project delivery Provision of project management support by coordinating all contractors involved in the works Consideration of additional provisions to address environmental challenges Details of these works can be found in the plans, specifications, and detailed designs, which form the Scope of Works documentation for this project, including specifications, working plans, and site details.
