About this tender
Spiire, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably accredited contractors to tender for the following contract: Construction of twin transfer water mains as part of 127 Sewells Road, Tarneit (being the Kaylana Estate developed by Harmil Portfolio Pty Ltd as trustee for the Harmil Tarneit Trust) within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC2 (Distribution Water Mains > DN 280). Project will include: Approximately 259m of DN600 MSCL potable water main Approximately 255m of DN600 MSCL recycled water main Approximately 30m of DN280 potable water main Approximately 30m of DN280 recycled water main If not accredited to Category WC2 or under probation in Category WC2, an accreditation dispensation will not be considered for this project. The tenderer must hold the relevant accreditation category(ies) and provide the relevant Key Personnel. The tenderer is not able to subcontract the accreditation or supervision by the Key Personnel. Subcontractors can be still used for labour and plant and/or specialist services, e.g. boring, directional drilling, testing, live tappings, etc. Tenderers are reminded that safety is of utmost importance, and are to demonstrate their commitment to safety in their tender.
