Overview Mansfield Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced mural artists or artist teams to design and paint a large-scale public mural on the eastern wall of the Mansfield Recreation Centre. The wall is approximately 20 metres wide x 10 metres high. Purpose The mural will celebrate Mansfield's sporting heritage by recognising and showcasing local sporting legends who have made significant contributions and achievements within their respective sports. The artwork is intended to be a visually engaging community asset that inspires local residents and visitors while reflecting local pride and achievement. Scope The scope includes: Design of a large-scale mural for the eastern wall of the Mansfield Recreation Centre Painting of the mural on the eastern wall, approximately 20 metres wide x 10 metres high Development of a high-quality, engaging and durable mural that reflects local identity, community pride and sporting excellence Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced mural artist or artist team
