About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Services Australia is seeking a minimum of one Systems Analyst to support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements aligned with relevant architectures. The Role The role will place the successful respondent as a Senior Systems Analyst. The role includes: Creating, evaluating and documenting ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems Proposing modifications to existing systems and processes, or designing new systems to meet user needs as expressed in requirements documentation or user stories Translating business needs into ICT system requirements and specifications for enhancements Designing, analysing and documenting software systems to meet business expectations Writing functional specifications from business requirements Role Requirements Knowledge of, or the ability to gain knowledge of, Services Australia's software development lifecycle, tools, services, deployment procedures and cyber security policies, as well as industry best practices Ability to work closely with Software Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and Testers with the shared purpose of building simple, helpful, respectful and transparent services for everyday Australians Enquiries Buyer contact: ICT.PANEL.DMP@servicesaustralia.gov.au
