Overview Whitehorse City Council is seeking a suitably experienced provider to plan, manage and deliver the Mitcham Twilight Market series in Britannia Mall, Mitcham. Purpose The market series aims to attract increased evening foot traffic and vibrancy to the Mitcham Activity Centre. Scope The scope includes: Planning, coordination and delivery of two annual twilight market series over a two year contract term Delivery of four markets within each series, scheduled in December, January, February and March Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term of two years An option for an additional one year term is included
