About this tender

Overview The City of Kingston invites suitably qualified and experienced construction contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the delivery of the Namatjira Park Masterplan at 54 Springs Road, Clayton. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a new sports pavilion Upgraded skate park New tennis and multi-use courts Playground and nature play area Car parking Landscaping Pathways Lighting Associated civil works Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering comparable community sport and recreation infrastructure projects, including works within active public environments and for local government clients Current OFSC Accreditation (mandatory requirement) Instructions to Tenderers The EOI process will be used to shortlist contractors for the subsequent tender stage. Submissions will be assessed on capability, capacity, stakeholder management experience and ability to meet the project program. Submissions must be lodged before the nominated closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted. All enquiries and clarification requests must be submitted via the online forum no later than four (4) business days prior to the EOI closing date.
