Overview Baw Baw Shire Council gives notice under Section 115(4) of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to grant a lease to Amplitel Pty Ltd for the purpose of maintaining and operating a telecommunications network at 190 Lardners Track, Drouin East VIC 3818 (COT Vol 8945 Fol 528). Contract Terms and Conditions Principal terms of the proposed lease: Rent: $15,000 per annum plus GST Lease term: Twenty (20) years with break dates every five (5) years (4x5) Commencement date: 1 April 2028 Rent review: Reviewed annually to 3% Permitted use: Maintaining and operating a telecommunications network Outgoings: N/A Instructions to Respondents All submissions will be considered in accordance with Council's community engagement policy. Any person proposing to make a submission must do so by Monday 5th October 2026.
