Overview Monash City Council (Council) invites tenders in response to this Request for Tender for the provision of Oakleigh Golf Course - Hole 7 Green Redevelopment. Scope The scope includes: Refurbishment of the existing 7th Green at Oakleigh Golf Course Replacement of the existing sprinklers Replacement of the existing below ground drainage Demolition of the existing 7th green, including the existing sprinklers and drainage Contract Terms and Conditions The intended period of the contract is as per the Contract Annexures Council intends to award this contract to one supplier This is a fixed lump sum contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held. Attendance by a representative of the tendering organisation is mandatory. Tenderers who do not attend may be excluded from further consideration.
