Overview Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to construct Council's new Wash Down Bay at the Operations Centre. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a new roofed structure for the Wash Down Bay at the Operations Centre Associated drainage works Associated pit works Site Inspection Attendance at one of the nominated site visits is mandatory for a Tenderer to submit a conforming Tender. A Tender submitted by a Tenderer that does not attend either site visit will be deemed non-conforming and will not be considered for evaluation. Site visit 1: Wednesday 26 August 2026, 8:30am to 9:30am Site visit 2: Thursday 3 September 2026, 9:00am to 10:00am Tenderers must register for the site visit by contacting the Procurement Contact Officer and providing the names and roles of the proposed attendees. Following registration, confirmation will be issued together with the site address and any other relevant details.
