Overview The City of Port Phillip is seeking to engage experienced shared micromobility service provider(s) to operate and manage a shared micromobility scheme across the council areas of the City of Port Phillip and the City of Stonnington. Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage experienced shared micromobility service provider(s) to: Achieve a best in class shared micromobility service for the council areas of City of Port Phillip and City of Stonnington that prioritises safety for users of the service and preserves the safety and amenity for the wider community in public space Complement the existing transport network by increasing the use of micromobility devices Reduce dependence on private motor vehicles and commercial passenger vehicles and associated impacts on emissions, congestion and parking pressure Scope Operation and management of a shared micromobility scheme within the council areas of City of Port Phillip and City of Stonnington Instructions to Tenderers Please refer to the Request for Proposal documents for further details.
