Overview Verve Projects Pty Ltd, on behalf of Balcon Group Pty Ltd, is inviting suitably accredited contractors to tender for sewer works at Orana Estate, Orana Blvd, Pound Rd, Clyde North, involving a bore crossing the Victorian Desalination Pipeline (VDP) easement. Scope The scope includes: Boring of 45m of 550OD GRP sleeve with DN300 GRP internal sewer, approximately 7m deep Connection to a live branch sewer at approximately 7m deep Construction of the bore to cross the Victorian Desalination Pipeline (VDP) easement Contractor Requirements R3, SC2 and SC7 South East Water accreditation, or willingness to obtain the required accreditation Ability to obtain 'Insurance of the Works' to the value of $50 million as per authority requirements Provision of construction methodologies and Inspection and Test Plans to satisfy the relevant authorities Evidence of the minimum required R3, SC2 & SC7 qualifications to perform works on the South East Water network Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must email Verve Projects at paul.obrien@verveprojects.com.au to request inclusion in the tender by 21 August 2026 The tender will commence on 24 August 2026, with tender documentation issued to all tenderers at commencement Incomplete, late and/or physically submitted or faxed tenders will not be considered Submissions will not be considered where the tenderer is unable to demonstrate the ability to achieve $50 million 'Insurance of Works' or evidence of the minimum required R3, SC2 & SC7 qualifications
