About this tender
This project involves design and construction works to deliver compliance upgrades and remediation works across multiple buildings at the Point Wilson. Works include replacement of electrical switchboard, refurbishment of building internal and external surfaces, roof and stormwater drainage works, and floor safety line marking. The scope also includes civil works associated with remediation of existing earth traverses to meet requirements, along with hydraulic and electrical infrastructure works, inspections and investigations, hazardous materials management, and coordination of sequencng of works, decanting and recanting. Conditions for Participation: The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows: - The Tenderer must complete and return the signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.
