About this tender
Overview Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) is seeking a supplier to provide the supply, maintenance and installation of gym equipment across its facilities. About FRV operates a broad network of operational, training and administrative facilities across metropolitan and regional Victoria. Maintaining safe and compliant gym equipment is essential to support firefighters' readiness and meet occupational health, safety and environmental standards. Purpose Gym equipment maintenance activities are currently arranged on an ad hoc basis without a long-term contract. FRV intends to establish a single, strategically sourced agreement to provide consistent service delivery, improved scheduling and record keeping, and stronger value for money while reducing administrative effort. Scope The scope includes: Supply of gym equipment to FRV facilities Maintenance of gym equipment at FRV facilities Installation of gym equipment at FRV facilities Eligibility Tenderers must obtain Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificates, issued by the FJC Unit in accordance with the FJC Guidelines. As Pre-Assessment Certificates may take up to 30 days to process, this application should begin at the earliest convenience. Failure to provide a Pre-Assessment Certificate may result in the tenderer not being considered for this procurement.
