Scope The scope includes: Preparation of a flood study quantifying flood behaviour, risk, and consequences across defined catchments within Hindmarsh Shire Delivery of defensible flood mapping Development of mitigation options Development of implementation pathways for land use planning, emergency management, and community preparedness Delivery of the study in accordance with the Contract and ARR 2019 guidelines Generation of outputs suitable for FloodZoom, planning scheme implementation, and emergency management Preparation of a Planning Scheme Amendment
