Overview The City of Casey invites suitable tenderers to complete Reactive Tree Works within the North Zone of Casey. Council requires responsive, competent, and appropriately resourced contractors to deliver reactive tree maintenance services for street trees and trees managed by Council. About This contract relates specifically to the North Tree Zone. Reactive tree works within the Central and South zones are covered under separate existing contracts. Scope The successful contractor will be responsible for responding to a range of routine, priority, and urgent tree-related matters across Council-managed land. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: Emergency response to urgent tree-related incidents, including attendance within 45 minutes where required Provision of 24-hour, after-hours emergency call-out services Tree and stump removal Collection and disposal of fallen branches and tree debris Reactive pruning of street trees, park trees, reserve trees, and trees located on Council properties Making safe damaged or hazardous trees following storms, vehicle impacts, or other incidents Associated arboricultural services as directed by Council Works will be undertaken across various locations within the North Tree Zone of the City of Casey, including road reserves, streetscapes, parks, reserves, open space areas, and Council-owned or managed properties.
