Overview The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (VIC) is seeking a contractor for the refurbishment of existing public housing apartments and the construction of new apartments at a site in Richmond. Scope The scope includes: Refurbishment of 15 x 1BR existing pre-cast concrete public housing apartments Construction of 4 x 2BR new apartments Associated building and landscaping works Contractor Requirements Registered with CSR for upgrade works to the value of at least $8 million Expected to have undertaken similar upgrade works for either Homes Victoria or Social Housing Providers Instructions to Tenderers Respondents are invited to lodge a capability statement.
