Overview The City of Ballarat is seeking a contractor to construct a roundabout at Ring Road and Trewin Street, Mitchell Park / Wendouree, between Ballarat Link Road and Learmonth Road. Scope The scope includes: Roundabout construction on Ring Road, Mitchell Park / Wendouree, between Ballarat Link Road and Learmonth Road Earthworks Pavement works Kerbing Sealing Drainage Associated works Contractor Requirements Head, Transport for Victoria (VicRoads) minimum pre-qualification level of R3 is required Bidders must hold this qualification level at the time of bid submission and maintain this qualification throughout the duration of the contract
