Scope Construction and delivery of the Riverwalk Community Centre in accordance with the issued drawings, specifications and tender documentation Delivery of the works in accordance with Council's requirements Contractor Requirements Demonstrated relevant experience in delivering construction projects of comparable scope, scale and complexity Appropriate resources and capability to undertake the project Financial capacity to deliver the works Established safety, quality and environmental management systems Contract Terms and Conditions Anticipated construction period of approximately 16 months from contract award Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are encouraged to review the complete tender documentation and familiarise themselves with the site and existing conditions prior to submitting their tender.
