Scope The scope includes: Renewal and reconfiguration of the first-floor amenities within the Pavilion at Ronald Reserve, Vary Street, Morwell, Victoria 3840 Renewal and reconfiguration of storage areas within the Pavilion Renewal and reconfiguration of the office within the Pavilion Renewal and reconfiguration of timekeepers' facilities within the Pavilion Contractor Requirements Suitably registered as a Commercial Building Practitioner Workers Compensation Insurance $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A non-mandatory site meeting will be held at the Ronald Reserve Pavilion, Vary Street, Morwell, Victoria 3840.
