About this tender
Overview Wyndham City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver an integrated security services program across Council buildings, facilities and public assets. Scope The scope includes (as applicable): Mobile security patrols and inspections of Council buildings and facilities, including toilet blocks and amenities Static guarding at Council buildings and facilities when requested Event control and crowd control services (optional) for Council meetings and functions, where directed 24/7 monitoring centre operations and control room services responsible for receipt, triage, verification, escalation and coordination of alarm and security events Contractor Requirements The Service Provider must provide all management, administration, labour, vehicles, safety equipment, tools, materials, insurances, communications, overheads and profit for carrying out all activities detailed in the Specification and the Agreement as a whole Contract Terms and Conditions Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for a term of three (3) years (2+1)
