About this tender
Overview V/Line Corporation is seeking to establish a panel of contractors to provide Traffic Management Services, including traffic control, equipment hire, planning and permits. Scope Examples of traffic management services included in the scope are: VMS board and portable equipment or facility hire, including traffic lights and other site amenities such as toilets, site sheds, cameras and similar items Lane closures and detours Traffic control Sign installation Road closures, including installation and removal of road barriers Traffic management and 24 emergency response Engineered and non-engineered plans Signal plans Obtaining approval from either VicRoads, Council, or both (for example, an MOA for VicRoads) Traffic management plans Contractor Requirements Accreditation with VicRoads is mandatory. Evidence of certification must be provided: Temporary Traffic Management Accreditation Program Tenderers must be accredited for both Traffic Management Design (TMD) and Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) Tenderers must meet the requirements for road Categories 1, 2, and 3 Instructions to Tenderers V/Line has released this tender on the Zycus platform, which is the only platform on which tender documentation will be available. Tender documentation and responses are managed through the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) portal, a secure online platform enabling suppliers to engage with V/Line digitally. If you already have a ZSN account linked to V/Line, please login using your existing login information. Prospective V/Line vendors Please register an account on ZSN and create your company profile. Viewing tender documentation After your ZSN registration is complete, you will be able to login to ZSN and view the tender documentation from your ZSN account V/Line home page. Tender documentation is currently available to view. Submitting a tender response V/Line will only be accepting responses submitted via ZSN. Please login to the ZSN Portal during the tender open period to complete and submit your response.
