Overview The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) intends to release a Request for Tender in September 2026 for the design and construction of a Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA) for Lyndale Secondary College at 14 Halton Rd, Dandenong North 3175. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a COLA around the existing play courts and fence Provision of Head Contractor services to engage a suitably qualified COLA supplier Management of the design and construction of the COLA in consultation with the VSBA's engaged Architect Contractor Requirements Current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification, level amount no less than $3,000,000 Instructions to Tenderers You must email your company details to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering. The email subject heading should be clearly marked ATN-SF-8000-LSC-2526 for Victorian School Building Authority. A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm's experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
