Overview Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking a contractor to deliver the SLRSP Cohuna package, comprising the construction of two road safety upgrade projects within the Cohuna township, to be delivered as separable portions due to differing delivery timeframes. Purpose Council has received funding as part of the TAC's Safer Local Roads & Streets Program to provide a series of safety upgrade projects to reduce and prevent accident and injury to road users. Scope The scope includes: Separable Portion 1: upgrades to the existing roundabout on Cohuna Island Road, together with pedestrian safety infrastructure; this portion is timing critical to ensure minimal impact during busy holiday periods Separable Portion 2: construction of a new roundabout and supporting infrastructure at the intersection of Market Street and Channel Street, Cohuna
