About this tender
Overview Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) is inviting responses to RFT-978 SMCT Security Services (non SPC scope), seeking a contractor to undertake and successfully complete the security services detailed in the tender documentation. Scope Provision of security services as detailed in the RFT-978 tender documentation Contract Terms and Conditions A VGPB Contract is included and must be reviewed as part of the submission process Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Site visits and briefing sessions are scheduled as follows: Location: Bunurong Memorial Park (BMP), 790 Frankston-Dandenong Road, Dandenong South Date and Time: 17 August 2026, meet at Southern Aurora Centre Reception, 9:00 am Location: Springvale Botanical Cemetery (SBC), 600 Princes Highway, Springvale Date and Time: 17 August 2026, meet at Clarence Reardon Centre Cafe, 11:00 am Registration closes on 14 August 2026 at 2:00 pm. Instructions to Tenderers Responses must be submitted via the Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website. All questions must be submitted by 2pm 21st August 2026 and will be responded to no later than 2pm 27th August.
