Scope The scope includes: Provision of bulk haulage bins for the Recycling Centre (RC) Transport of haulage bins between the Recycling Centre and designated processing facilities Exchange and removal of bins in a timely manner to maintain continuous site operations Haulage of the principal waste streams of green waste, cardboard and hard waste E-waste and metal collection and haulage are not included in the scope of this contract.
