Timboon is a small rural township located approximately 220 kilometres southwest of Melbourne within the Corangamite Shire. Corangamite Shire Council is seeking lump sum tenders for the refurbishment of the Timboon Main Pool, located on Lambert Street, Timboon. The works include pool wall repairs, waterproofing, re-tiling, FWR outlet joint rectification, and associated handrail and ladder modifications, as detailed in this Tender.A word version of the Schedules is attached for completion.
