About this tender

The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the road reconstruction of Tootal Road, Dingley Village, between the Dingley Arterial and McClure Road. The scope of works for this contract includes, but not limited to, the following: Full asphalt road pavement reconstruction. Construction of new drainage pipes and pits. Construction of an underground stormwater storage system. Remove and replace concrete including footpaths, vehicle crossing and kerb and channel. It is Councils intention to award the contract September 2026. Works must start in November 2026 and must be completed by 28th August 2027. The evaluation will be undertaken in three stages: Gate 1 – Mandatory Compliance (Pass/Fail) Gate 2 – Qualitative (Non-Price) Evaluation Experience / Past Performance Capacity and Resourcing Gate 3 – Price Evaluation and Value for Money Assessment
