Overview V/Line Corporation invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a tender for appointment to V/Line's Welding Works Panel. Scope Provision of specialised welding works and services across the V/Line network on an as-required basis for suppliers appointed to the Panel Tender Briefing An industry briefing will be held for this opportunity. Date: 30 September 2026 Time: 11:00 am to 11:45 am Format: Virtual briefing (online via Microsoft Teams) Registration: Register for the Industry Briefing Registration closes: 29 September 2026, 05:00 pm Instructions to Tenderers Tender documentation is available via the Zycus procurement portal. All tender submissions must be lodged through Zycus. Submissions lodged through Buying for Victoria will not be accepted. Zycus tender link: https://dewdrops.zycus.com/zsp/guest/genericRegister/V%2FL845/iSource/312962/ Tender opens: 9:00 am (Melbourne time), 18 September 2026 Suppliers must register in Zycus to access the tender documents, participate in the procurement process, and submit a response. Any questions regarding this tender must be submitted through the Zycus portal. Responses must not be submitted through Buying for Victoria. Active V/Line vendors should contact V/Line at procurementsystems@vline.com.au to request a unique ZSN registration link to create a ZSN account with V/Line. Suppliers who already have a ZSN account linked to V/Line should log in using their existing login information. After ZSN registration is complete, tenderers will be able to log in to ZSN and view the tender documentation when it is released, via their ZSN account V/Line home page. V/Line will only accept responses submitted via ZSN. Tenderers should log in to the ZSN Portal during the tender open period to complete and submit their response. Interested tenderers are encouraged to create an account on Zycus as soon as possible.
